He is a horrible person and one should never work with him.

James was very pleasant, but had pushed for the job that I wasn't ready to get done. I agreed to do it when he lowered the price to $6,000 during a slow time. Part way through the job he came back with unanticipated costs, which raised the price by $1,000. I was disappointed with this and then more disappointed when I saw the final job. The new railing for the stairs was just two horizontal pieces of wood with no vertical pieces. People still ask when it's going to be finished. James is satisfied with the work, but I am not.

His work seems OK, but we can't trust him because he charged more than the contract stated. He said it was just to cover the cost of extra materials, but we checked it out and found out that this was not true. He said he had told us this at the beginning, and this also was not true.

James responded right away. He started when he said he would, finished the job on time and the crew cleaned up after themselves. I had the leak for longer than I wanted to because I could not get anyone to respond to such a small roof job. I say all this because I was appalled when I saw his ratings. I can't explain it, but I can say I had no problem at all with him, and we are very happy with our experience.

THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB. THE CARPENTRY JOB WAS JUST AS BAD. THEY WERE DOING TOO MANY JOBS AT ONE TIME.

THE HATCH WAS REBUILT, BUT THE LEAK WAS NEVER REPAIRED. HIS CREW WAS THERE ALL DAY APPLYING ROOFING MATERIAL. MR. WAREHAM GAVE THE WORK A TWO YEAR GUARANTEE, BUT I WHEN TOLD HIM THAT THE ROOF WAS STILL LEAKING, HE SAID HE'D COME BACK, BUT NEVER DID.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY NEVER DID FIX THE PROBLEM. IT TOOK THEM MORE THAN A MONTH TO EVEN FINISH WHAT THEY STARTED, THIS SHOULD HAVE ONLY TAKEN LESS THAN A WEEK..

THE OWNER IS INGRATIATING AND UNCTUOUS BUT DOES NOT DELIVER ON PROMISES; HIS WORKMEN ARE DIFFERENT AND THE WORK DONE IS SHODDY; HE MISSES APPOINTMENTS. DO NOT HIRE.
