Top Notch Home Inspections

Steve was absolutely fantastic as our home inspector. He was diligent, detail-oriented, professional and so incredibly helpful. He walked me through every step of the inspection, pointing out issues big and small and offering plenty of bonus tips that were invaluable to me as a first-time home buyer who honestly isn’t very handy or knowledgeable about the ins and outs of home ownership yet. He helped us spot and understand issues that we would have never known about otherwise which meant we ended up knowing much more about the home we were buying, including many less obvious deferred maintenance issues (including mold in the attic, a roof that was much older than the sellers were claiming and questionable craftsmanship on an addition) which we’d be taking on if we decided to proceed with the purchase. It helped give us leverage to ask for concessions and credits from the sellers to offset some of the remediation and costs from issues that he discovered for us. His vast wealth of knowledge and willingness to share it with his clients is second to none. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for an unbiased, professional home inspection and will absolutely call him again when I’m in the market to buy my next home.
