real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreIt went very well, we walked through the entire house and exterior of the property. I indicated which items have had updates and when they occurred
Description of Work: We are refinancing and the bank provided us with Sullivan. Marlene arrived on time on Friday with all the appropriate items in order to make an accurate appraisal of my home. As we went through the house I explained the items that were recently upgraded and also gave her a complete listing. Marlene was very helpful providing me with a time frame on when I could expect the bank to receive my appraisal allowing me to obtain a better time frame for closing. What was even better I learned that Marlene was a local understanding the real estate in Brockton and living here are two different things.
