About us

Since 1984 we've been providing our customers with quality workmanship throughout Greater Boston and the South Shore. We are a full sevice company providing residential home construction and improvements, remodeling, maintenance and repair both structural and non-structural. Depending on scope, we do on-occasion sub-contract as necessary (Plumbing and electrical always). Billing in general is 1/3rd upon signing, 2nd/3rd at commencment and final/3rd at completion. However, depending on scope and cost (large projects) billing may be incremental and of varying amounts and defined in writing in the payment section of the contract. All payments are in cash or check (no credit card payment services provided presently). Senior and Veteran discounts are provided on an individual basis. Additional phone no - 5085845750.

Estimates are provide free of charge with some exceptions and are delivered via email or standard mail. 203K estimating services are provided for a fee and refundable only upon awarding of the contract to R&D Designs.
