They responded promptly to my call, came out the next day to look at the floors and called to say they would be 15 minutes late Were courteous and professional. Estimate was comparable with others I received. Have not made a decision yet.

+ 0 moreMy overall experience with this project was A+. Since I am first time home buyer (was my mother's home) my first experience to the beginning of a lot!!! of renovations I am glad that this was a excellant experience.
Description of Work: I am in the process of renovations in my house. There are hardwood floors through out the entire house. They have not been touched except for daily dusting and cleaning for almost 14 years. Originally there were carpets down then pulled up to show much needed work on the wood floors. After checking prices , johnsonhardwoodfloors was right within my budget and was able to work around my hectic schedule. Earl Johnson, was very informative and helpful as what was needed for me to get them looking like new without having the floors replaced. Three bedrooms, two hallways and living and dining area was completed in a very reasonable time that did not upset my entire weekend. The floors came out looking like I did have them replaced and would recommend him highly for refinishing as well as replacement floors (seen pictures of other work and references from others).
