Fantastic. Juan is a construction savant. Each time he worked with me, he listened to my concerns and preferences, and very quickly determined what was possible and what was not. He communicated very well with me and with co-workers when he was with another worker. I was made to feel welcome to watch his work if I wanted to, but was completely comfortable leaving him to work on his own. In the end, each time he worked at my house, I was shocked that he was done as quickly as he was (in contrast to most workers I've encountered who mind-numbingly take longer than it's possible to fathom). Juan doesn't appear to be rushing, but is incredibly efficient. In the end, the work he did is the only part of my renovated bathroom that is pretty much flawless, and the built-in bookshelves he made me always elicit effusive compliments when people see them. I can't imagine doing another home improvement project without calling Juan first.
