Andy was great - and able to fit us in quickly to assess and fix a leak we had from our kitchen sink into our basement as well as an issue with a shut-off valve in our bathroom. Will definitely call again if we have any future needs.

Andy was prompt with the estimate and took the time to submit a written estimate after the fact. I went through a number of other plumbers that were scheduling out several weeks just for an estimate or were charging or were way over budget. It was refreshing to have someone schedule in a reasonable time frame and he was prompt as well. He seemed trustworthy and was affordable. The work itself was a sink install with the replacement of old drain pipes and--as most home projects are--was harder than expected as the cutout was the right size but the new sink dimensions made it hard to fit in the cabinet. Andy did not give up--he was able to come up with a workaround that got the sink in place even though it took more work. We paid him for the extra work but definitely appreciated that he was able to problem solve the unexpected issue. He was able to fit the new drain pipes to the old ones and we have had no issues since. He was not able to show up one day to finish the work but he did communicate by phone and we understand that in this line of work these things happen. He was able to show up the next day and complete the job. We were happy with the work and with our interactions with him. We are hoping to hire him again to do some work to install a new bathroom.
