Reasonable rates, but what got me was the reasonable schedule fees. Most only let you keep the dumpster for a week. Graham had something completely reasonable, I think it was an additional $8 or $10 a week extra to keep it on site. Important to me, as I'm only doing the work on weekends.

Dumpster was delivered on time and was picked up when requested. It left a dent in our driveway which I asked the driver about avoiding at delivery. I should have put something down. My driveway is not the pride of the neighborhood so... There was an extra $23+ charge sent after the fact which was not explained. We were within our pick up window, so we assumed it was for extra weight. Would be nice to know.

I had Graham Waste Services deliver a dumpster ~1 month ago for a kitchen and bath remodel project. The service was exactly what I had wanted without any issues. I recently had them deliver and pick-up another 15 yard dumpster that I used for cleaning up a property/lot that had a lot of trees and brush that had fallen and accumulated over the years. It was much less expensive to go this route than hire a hauling crew or landscaper to do the clean-up. I left details where I wanted it placed with the receptionist over the phone and left planks on my driveway for the driver and it was placed where I wanted. I called to have it picked-up and they removed it on the same day.

I had a 15 yard dumpster delivered and pick-ep when finished. The driver was helpful in getting the dumpster placed on my driveway in a way that would not inconvenience the construction taking place. The price was $435 for 3 tons of debris and a 4 week rental. I called a few days before the 4 week period ended and the dumspter was removed as requested on the last day. The person answering the phone was helpful in providing all the necessary information for delivery and pick-up. Everything went well and I would definitely hire again.

Do not use this service. The building across the street from us is going through a complete remodel -- walls, floors, decks, porches, exterior -- a complete remodel. The owners chose to use Graham's to install a dumpster and remove the waste. The problem is that the property is on a narrow residential city street where nearly all owners park on the street. The property has a narrow driveway next to it barely wider than one standard car. Despite knowing this, Graham's only sends out extremely hydraulic truck-trailers that are much to large for the narrow street and driveway. They cannot back up in the space available. As a result, the Graham's drivers ring doorbells up and down the street to make people move legally parked cars just so they can get the enormous hydraulic truck and its trailer into a tiny space. And if you're not home to move your car when they knock, well, you can imagine what happens to the unfortunate vehicles in the wrong place at the wrong time. The project manager and building owners have now destroyed any good relations that they might have had with their neighbors, so if you don't want your project to do the same, don't hire Graham's. A group of us on the street finally called Graham's directly when a too-large truck showed up once again. The first call ended when the receptionist hung up on us, because we said we wanted to complain. We called back and the receptionist, without saying she was doing so, put us through to the owner. The owner started shouting "do you know what is happening to people in Vietnam? Get a life, get something real to worry about, you know what's going on in Afghanistan and Pakistan?" When he refused to stop shouting, we finally hung up and contacted the building code office in our city instead. This process will undoubtedly result in increased cost and difficulty for both the owner and the project manager so unless you want the same, avoid Graham's.
