From Lisa’s exceptional customer service to Chris’s expert consultation on flooring types/colors/selection and measurements/sketch of rooms to the installers, Mike, Ritchie, and another gentleman, we could not be more pleased! After 32 years of raising four children and hosting their friends in the community who provided constant traffic throughout our home, it was about time for a flooring update. Jesse called the day prior to the installation day and again the day after. It took two days, which was no problem at all. The guys arrived early, were kind, funny, and professional, moved the furniture and replaced it when completed. They also cleaned up and vacuumed after removing old carpet and after installing new. They have financing, if needed. You will not be disappointed in hiring the Flooring Design team—impeccable service overall!

Carpet was installed in November of 2017 as time went by ripples in the carpet started developing as time went by they got worse. A representative came out on January 21 20/20. When he looked at the carpet there was ripples everywhere he said he could take care of it I had to call them three weeks later never got a phone call about the estimate had to call three weeks later and was told they could fix the carpet for $300 not acceptable we were asked if we ever had the carpet clean we did not. And in order to get the carpet fixed we have to move all the furniture in the living room hallway and large master bedroom which is very difficult for us to do as we are almost 70 years old already moved it once we were told by the owner that we would not be nickel and dimed to death in the beginning guess what we are I would not recommend this company to install your carpet

We built a new home 2 years ago and our hardwood floor has creaked from the start. It is getting worse and now is buckling in places. We called several times to have someone come out to fix the creaking and they just replaced a few boards and put a band-aid on the problem. We had a flooring expert come in to give us an opinion and now our entire floor has to be ripped up including all of our cabinets and appliances. Apparently Flooring Designs put the floor down too tight and now it's a disaster. This is a brand new home and we shouldn't have to rip up our entire first floor to be re-done. We are beyond disappointed in their work and I would not recommend them.

Everyone from the sales people at the store to the installers were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were on time and finished in the time specified. The original date of installation had to be changed, due to unavailable stock, but the sales people kept me appropriately informed and the second installation date was as promised.

They did a nice job. Wish we knew about them from the beginning. Will use them.

The wood floors were first on our agenda and we were impressed with the workmanship of the crew. The floors are beautiful. The price was competitive but we chose Flooring Designs based on a recommendation from a friend. Next, we had the old kitchen flooring removed. The work was done in a professional manner and all debris was removed. Finally, the laminate floor and the entranceway tile were installed. Again, the work was performed with professionalism and all excess materials were removed. We are now making plans to have Flooring Designs install our kitchen backsplash. I want to comment on the wonderful staff, particularly Mike and Karen. It was a pleasure to work with them. Flooring Designs receives my highest recommendation!

They did a phenomenal job. Their work was outstanding. I paid a little bit more but I realized I am confident with them and I could tell by talking to them and they came recommended by someone who had work done by them. It was well worth it. The floors were just perfect.

This company is just very knowledgeable. Their work is beautiful. The workmen do a great job. You have a sense of confidence that they know their business. If you want to do something that they think is not appropriate for the room, they will tell you. I like that honesty. We have them coming back to do our sun room in the near future. They are just great and we like them. They are great with going around fireplaces too like they did in our house. They do great hue work too. It all looks beautiful.

THE TILES WERE INSTALLED 8 X 8 INCH, AND THE INSTALLER WAS AWESOME AND NEAT. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. VERY NICE.

INSTALLER WAS GOOD. CARPET WAS BEAUTIFUL. HE INFORMED ME OF WHAT I SHOULD LOOK FOR IN CARPET, BEFORE I MADE MY CHOICE. NEAT AND QUICK.
