Description of Work: When I called to set up the cleaning appointment, they agreed to come the next day - on a Saturday. We set up a time and they arrived promptly and did a fabulous job cleaning. They were professional, detail oriented and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreI didn't even get a chance to use the service because there was no call back. I had left a message advising that I bought a coupon from Angies list for a 4 hour house cleaning. I left my name and number and even advised that the number was a cell phone. I didn't get a call back or even a text message. I called the next day and there was no answer. I feel that some type of response should have been given.
Description of Work: Nothing, I called and left a message with no response after 24 hours. I even called again and there was no answer.

 + -1 moreTHEY BASICALLY VACUUMED AND SOME CLEANING OF THE BATHROOMS. THEY RUSHED EVERYTHING BECAUSE OF THE TIME LIMIT. I WOULD'VE PREFERRED THEM TO TELL ME THEY WOULD DO ONLY PART OF THE HOUSE IN THE 4 HOURS. THEY DID NOT WASH THE BATHROOM FLOORS; THEY DID NOT CLEAN UNDER THE SINKS AND BEHIND THE TOILETS. IN EFFECT, THEY DID WHAT I COULD DO MYSELF. AND THE PRICE, WOW. UNEDUCATED PEOPLE THAT BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH EXPECT $40-50/HOUR/PERSON WHEN OTHER PEOPLE LIKE THEM FLIP BURGERS FOR $10/HR. NEVER AGAIN.
