Nice guy, but shoddy workmanship. Cuts corners. Make sure you spell out EVERYTHING you want done in the contract because his usual contracts are vague, leaving him more leeway than you expect.

Description of Work: DELEADING AND CARPENTRY. DE-LEADING WORK INCLUDED SCRAPING AND REPLACING WOODWORK; THEY ALSO REPLACED EIGHT SOLID-WOOD DOORS IN THE HOUSE AND ARRANGED FOR ROOF REPAIR.
