Hire these guys TODAY! Wow!!! Wow is all I can say when referring to the job and service my wife and I received from All Town. From getting an estimate (Dave did not try to upsell or pressure us into anything) to pricing (very fair and competitive as i had got to compare to 4 other estimates) to getting the install done ( they were prompt, professional and cleaned up immaculately and had everything up and running in 2 days) Dave, Adam, Daryl & Johnny did not disappoint. They worked great as a team and we were astounded at how much they accomplished in 2 days. We had 4 mini duct splits installed in our 100 year old house and though tricky, they pulled it off with ease. It's nice to see a company care and love what they do. The were all so polite and affable and it was sad to see them leave as the kept me entertained with their infectious laughter. No pressure salesmanship, personable and reliable service and overall a FANTASTIC product and end result. Well done All Town!!! Would definitely hire them again!!

Very responsive. Our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest nights of the winter. Of course, it wasn't noticeable until after 8pm. So I called, left a voicemail, and figured I would hear back in the course of time, possibly even the next morning. Within 5 minutes, I received a callback and I described the situation, and David was very professional regarding what the problem might be, and his process for repairing it & getting replacement parts (we thought it might be a fan motor). He told me that he would be out between 8 and 8:15 the next morning, since he would have to see what model motor he would have to procure. Promptly at 8am, he was at our door, and went to work. Fortunately for us all, it wasn't the fan motor, but rather a bad flame rod (which is a generic part he had in the truck). All told, he was friendly and the furnace was producing heat and he was on his way by 8:30. Definitely knowledgeable and someone we'd call again.

I have used this company every year for the last 5 years or so. Great quality work and responsiveness. They are always on time. Good heating guy.

Dave came out to our house twice to work up an estimate and carefully go over the options. He listened carefully to our needs and had great suggestions. We are planning to use him next year to do the installation when our budget permits.

Excellent ! Dave and his three workers arrived on-time and completed the job in a day. Very, very professional and thorough. Dave and his crew are all good-natured guys. Easy to talk to and knowledgeable.

They came out and were at home when promised and had me up and running in less than an hour.

Wonderful!! I had been waiting for our normal a/c contractor who originally installed unit since May to come and diagnose why a/c was blowing hot air. I contacted All Town and they were able to come out that day and within a half hour we were up and running Cool Air. Both men were very professional and knowledgable and honest. I am so grateful and wish I had called them sooner.

The team of all town heating showed up on time to install a ductless mini split. The installation was perfect and by the end of the day i had A/C.

I provided the info on this vendor to a friend, based on the reviews provided on Angie's List. I could not be more embarrassed or disappointed. So this is as much an F rating for Angie's List, as it is for All Town Heating. The service man looked at the unit, and determined that it needed to be replaced. He offered several options from $1500-$6000. He also said my friend could try to refill the freon (which he said was empty at that point) but at $75 per pound ($600 total) it was not recommended. My friend asked for all of the info be put into writing, which he was reluctant to do, but eventually did. My friend was suspicious, so she decided to check with other repair companies. She was charged $125 for the estimate. And it's easy to see why they charge for the estimate. It's probably where they make most their money. This is where it gets interesting. She had another company give her an estimate. This was not chosen from Angie's List. That service man repaired her unit for $100 plus $250 for the freon. The most interesting thing he told her was that the valve had been left open, allowing all the freon to escape into the air. And he told her that and quot;someoneand quot; had left a note inside the unit, stating it had a leak. And since it didn't have a leak, and the All Town repair man didn't even mention the note to her, I am making the assumption that the All Town guy left it there. I let John Q. Public make their own assumptions as to why that would be... As far as I am concerned, All Town practices deceptive business tactics, and are thieves. They obviously thought that they had a patsy on the hook. Thankfully, this woman is more intelligent then they counted on. I would never recommend this company, and would suggest Angie's List remove them from their website. Otherwise, consider this an F for Angies List too.

This guy was fantastic. Called the office at 9:30 am on a Saturday morning and he was at my home by 11:15. Did a great job and charged a reasonable price. I will be recommending him to all the residents in my development All service providers should be half as good as Dave Cohen!

I was having hot water issues, David was able to walk me through my system and assist me in fixing the problem... all over the phone with no charge. Extremely knowledgeable, will definitely use again!

Installed ductless air conditioning for our first floor and central air for our second floor

I have used them the past couple of years, Dave does a great job fixing the burner right the first time. Price is reasonable, service is great. Response time is outstanding.

Heating and AC, that's awesome, I know the guy's name is David Cohen, it is All Town Heating and A/C Inc. I used them probably a month ago and he is coming back next month. He is the best, excellent. Very nice guy gives you a lot of options. You definitely feel like he is looking out for your best interest for sure. I would rate him all 'A's across the board. He is out of town and coming back this August.
