+ -1 moreOnce we had the building permit, the work was started two days later and took one day to complete. The cleanup was thorough. I am very pleased with the outcome of the roof and it looks great. The only issue I had was I asked the owner Lenny, three times to leave me a few shingles to make any future repairs that may be needed and he told me each time he would but never did. That is a minor issue in the big scheme of the project. I was very pleased with the work done and would use him again.
Description of Work: Replaced the roof in one day.

+ -1 moreWent quite well. They were the low bidder out of 5. They came on time and started the job right away, and the guys seemed to be fairly productive. The only problem I had with the overall job was they were pretty messy. They finished the job very late in the afternoon so I was not able to really inspect the yard and gutters for junk left behind. The next day my wife found over 20 nails and many pieces of old shingles. Was not a big deal to us, but neatness may be important to others.
