+ -1 moreCould not be more pleased. Karl had helped us choose the best water heater for our needs with $600 rebate. He and his #2 had to move washer & dryer to remove old unit. Put in new unit, recognized the water filter system needed changing, bought new filters and replaced them at no extra charge. Replaced washer and dryer AND made sure both worked perfectly before leaving. Left all paperwork needed for rebate and had filled in all of their areas and helped me with our areas. We will be having Karl back in Spring to install mini split A/C. Previously he helped us with a bathroom plumbing issue and did fabulous job then too. Fabulous company! Excellent work, honored price estimates and obviously care about each customer.

Description of Work: Carl & his crew were excellent and I cannot say enough good things about them! I had a propane furnace replaced, a central A/C replaced, a new propane Bosch instant hot water heater installed (replaced tank) and a new whole house water filter installed. When Carl came for the estimate he was on time, extremely informative and answered all my questions thoroughly. He also found all Mass Save rebates I would be eligible for. The installation went very well...he is meticulous and his crew left the place cleaner than when they arrived. |I highly recommend Value Mechanical!!! |
