+ -1 moreDidn’t show up when he first stated he would. No apology. Tried to give a second chance but when he actually showed up, he asked for more money despite agreed upon price. Classic bait and switch.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters, reattached downspouts, and made recommendations for further repairs and upgrades.
