Description of Work: 1 bedroom: bureau; full-sized bed/frame; coffee table; 32 inch TV and console; 6, large plastic storage bins; floor fan; rolling, metal clothes rack----all items that I couldn't fit into my cars nor had able-bodied males who could help move my daughter from Worcester to home in Newton. First time hiring professional Movers, hence had a lot of concerns of cost, how it will turn out, etc.; Michael Zazzara, the Operations Manager was very prompt, courteous, professional , and reassuring in replying to all my inquires both via email, over the phone, and in person! Michael gave a time frame arrival of 9:30-11:00 am window; he called before 9:30 am that morning to confirm that I was still planning on the move, and that he will be arriving at Worcester by 11 am---which again, reassured me & calmed my nerves that the Movers were indeed going to arrive! Michael arrived at 10:40 am, with his co-worker/brother, Chris; they were both courteous, calm, friendly, speedy, and professional in handling the entire move, led by Michael's 10 years in Moving business work history. They took apart the bed-frame and headboard, and re-assembled it upon delivering into my daughter's bedroom ! They wrapped with protective furniture cloth of the bureau, coffee table, and wrapped any loose/moving parts of items with moving tape to secure everything; Top Speed Moving company was the only company that had straightforward, upfront, hourly, flat-rate price quotes WITHOUT additional charges like the Other moving companies of: re-fueling fees to and from the job, and then back to their company, tolls, mileage charges ON TOP of the "labor/standard rate" I will definitely recommend and re-hire Top Speed in the future! I would consider renaming this moving company's name by adding: "Top Notch and Top Speed Moving & Storage"! Glad to know that their are businesses that are fair and cares for consumers' satisfaction!

Description of Work: We hired Top Speed for an unusual move -- hauling a king size mattress and box springs 200 miles from one residence to another and then returning with several single beds back to the first residence. Nate and Michael were FANTASTiC! They could not have been more helpful, professional and efficient. And they both willingly and cheerfully did a few extra things that my husband and I needed moving around when we were at residence #2. All our dealings with the company prior to the move were A++. We quickly agreed on a fair price and plans for the move proceeded smoothly from there. The few other movers I talked to wanted significantly more than it was worth to me and I was thrilled that Top Speed was able to help us. Unlike the large moving companies that have high minimum rates, Top Speed is a small local company that is really trying hard to please their customers. They are succeeding and I would not hesitate to hire them again for either small or large jobs.

Description of Work: Top Speed moving Co helped me to do several difficult moves. I had to move out before the end of the month posing several dilemmas. The moving staff were helpful and sensitive over several days. I would definitely recommend this company. The owner is especially hpful and goes above and beyond to try to meet tbw customers situation and needs. Superb job overall.
