Celio Vicente and his company did a superb job for us. He first completed a 4 season extension in my home. He then build an entire new house construction from scratch, putting together multiple subcontractors, from excavation to framing, engineering, insulation, internal decoration etc. He completed the entire house in record time (7 months). He works like a machine and sticks to his word and to the agreed price. I highly recommend him.

Celio and his team were responsive, professional, and thorough. They kept us informed throughout the project and explained everything they would be doing. The team worked long hours and the finished deck looks amazing! I would highly recommend Celio and his team!

Celio and Junior were a pleasure to work with. They were friendly, helpful, professional, and did an awesome job on a full rebuild of our three stacked back porches (triple decker in Boston). Any time there was an issue with the original structure, it was a problem solving effort with options laid out for us.

We hired Socel to repair our triple decker back porches and they did an amazing job. They kept us informed the whole time, were transparent about additional issues that popped up and all the options we had to address the problem. They showed up early and worked very hard all day to get the work done. They cleaned the construction site and were generally just a great crew to have around and talk with. The final results were excellent, we are super happy with our new porches. I would 100% recommend them and plan to reach out to them again for any future work our condo might need.

In addition to doing superior work, Celio is honest, trustworthy and gets the work done in a timely way. WIth in 24 hours of my inquiry, Celio and his son Jr. came by to look at the work we needed. He explained -in detail- how they would approach the job and gave options and recommendations for materials. By the end of the day he sent an estimate with the caveat that it may change due to what they find once the work starts. Each day, he would update me-either in person or with photos via text- of what was accomplished and what comes next. At least one worker was on site each day and many days it was a whole core of workers. On the days that Celio wasn’t doing the work, he stopped by to make sure things were going as planned. We have a spectacular new porch. It makes the house look new and all the many pedestrians who pass by comment on how great it looks.

I hired Socel Company in the spring for a structural repair to my deck, and then brought them back this winter for a larger job. Celio understood that we wanted to save as much of the existing deck structure as we could in our project and helped us do that rather than trying to upsell us to a complete rebuild. The crew was excellent -- professional, considerate, and clean (my yard has never been so clean!), and the final product looks great.

Celio is the most professional contractor I have ever hired. He is punctual, fair, thoughtful and thorough. He gets the job done on top and does it WELL. I cannot say enough good things about Celio and his team.

The is the second time I've hired them, and as before, the work was excellent and fairly priced. I had a 40+ year old sliding glass door which I needed replaced. They not only replaced it, but finished it inside and out far better than it originally looked. They also fixed one of the steps on my back porch, free of any extra cost. Hire this company. You won't be disappointed, and you will save tons of money from what most other contractors charge.

I will absolutely hire this company again. Even with the understandable overages, the final price was still much less than even the cheapest initial estimate from 3 other companies. The work was quick, very professionally done, and they managed to diagnose and solve the leaking issue from the deck into my living room. I fully intend to hire them again for future work I need done on my house.

Socel company, and Celio the owner, were a pleasure to work with. They showed up every day, their workmanship and work ethic were superb and, very important, communication was great. Celio let me know if the weather or backordered materials would impact the job and always responded to my calls and texts immediately. Celio worked with me and my wife to ensure that the deck rebuild we envisioned was the deck rebuild that we got. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the results.

Celio and his crew rebuilt the 3 badly damaged decks on the back side of our triple-decker condos. He is knowledgeable, ethical, reliable, fairly priced, a pleasure to work with, and his work is excellent. For many years, mold had been eating away at many critical pieces of the frame, all hidden behind layers of paint. As each new rotted support was exposed, Celio showed us the damage and clearly explained what needed to be done to fix it and why. He also managed to save much of the structure that was still solid. I would definitely hire Celio and Socel Co again and I have recommended them to friends.

Excellent. Celio did and excellent job. Once the job was started they were there every day until the job was finished. If the weather looked like is was going to make work impossible, Celio would call and tell us he was going to have to skip the day or come later. Celio paid great attention to detail and listened to exactly how we wanted the deck to look on completion. We were try pleased with Social Co. and Celio the owner. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

I couldn't be happier. I got 3 quotes for the work, and Celio's quote was HALF the next lowest quote. The inexpensiveness almost made me suspicious, but after talking to him again about the other quotes, and the things that the others claimed needed to be done, he relieved all of my concerns. The work looks great, and his problem-solving abilities were on display as he tried to find and fix every possible source of the leaking into my living room. He also only took 3 days for work that the others were quoting 5-7 days. Celio is a genuinely nice guy, pleasant, and almost jolly in attitude. He expresses none of the ego or 'machoism' that you might encounter with other contractors.

We were a repeat customer for the painting and repair of our shingles on the house. While I had to request that some shingles get touched up after the job was done to better cover some of the new cedar shingles, it was done without issue and they even helped with an issue they didn’t have anything to do with. The work they did a few years ago has held up nicely too.

It went well. They arrived promptly and worked hard every day in the midst of a very hot week. The workers were polite and careful about social distancing. The work appears good.

Celio was great! We were concerned about safety for our third floor deck and he went out of his way to ensure safety when building our new deck. He was professional, fast and gave us a very fair price. Highly recommend.

Great job! Really brightened up the house by painting the trim. Guys were great accommodating & efficient. Would definitely consider hiring again future. They painted entire house in the past and did great work so I was confident in considering them again.
