It was great. Stella and one of her employees were right on time and their work was great. They were very courteous and made sure that I felt satisfied. Stella also followed up with an email. I have already recommended her services to a friend and will definitely hire her again.

I bought an offer but then got it refunded after chasing these people for more than a week with no response.

It went good. One thing I didn't like it was supposedly 4 hours and I think they spent about 3 hours. I guess them came from about 25 miles away, do they include travel in that deal. I'd give them a "B" across the board. If they stayed for 4 hours and did their work all the way to the end there probably would have been a better cleaning effort and more responsiveness, etc, etc...

They were extremely courteous and sweet people -however I was not at all pleased with some aspects of their performance. After they left I had to re scrub the toilets (hair), whatever they used to clean the wood floors left major streaking and the stove was barely touched. I give them an A for dusting. I don't typically use house cleaners so perhaps my expectations were too high. I would think that for a first time customer they would bring their A game but I have to be honest and say I was not impressed. It would have made me too uncomfortable to call them back to redo everything and I don't feel I should have to. It was disappointing because they were such nice people that would have been a pleasure to work with.

IMA never showed up or contacted me. They failed to perform the cleaning service that we had arranged with them.

Stella (owner) arrived on time- she brought her husband to work with her- my house is 925 square feet and was pretty clean- I wanted them to do the twice a year stuff; wipe down woodwork, walls, floors, ceiling fans, etc- there were no dishes, no linens to change; the bathroom is brand spanking new and the kitchen isn't very old either, so there was not a lot of built up dirt- I went down to the finished basement and did not come up for 3 hours- when they left it looked fine but I then began noticing some small things that they missed- After 6 man-hours of cleaning in 925 sq ft. of space, I expected it to shine- They may have done better with more direction from me- it wasn't that they were unwilling, they maybe just were unsure of my expectations- I tried to be very clear but there were some language issues (which also added to the complication with scheduling) I also had the feeling that Stella's husband wasn't part of her regular crew- maybe her people weren't available; it felt like I got less than the A team- Stella might be the right cleaner for someone else who is used to giving directions- but it wasn't great for me-

Good communication. Showed up on time. Did and outstanding job. Well worth the price. If anything it's underpriced. Would hire again.

2 Cleaners came on time with their own equipment for cleaning. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. They cleaned our 2 floors and basement as well. Much much better than some of the other cleaners that we were hiring earlier. Great job.

There were a number of communication-related issues while using the Angie's list message feature. According to their email they had me scheduled for October 13th at 1:00. I emailed them the night before the appointment asking them to confirm but never got a response from them. I took the day off from work and when 1:30 rolled around, I called them. They said they didn't have me on their calendar. But after some persistence on my part they agreed to come out that afternoon. There were two of them and they spent about 1 1/2 hours cleaning and it appeared to be mostly surface-level cleaning.

SG Cleaning was great. On time, efficient, and thorough. When they were finished, the condo looked brand new.
