+ -1 moreTHEIR WORK WAS VERY SLOPPY; THEY LEFT LARGE SWATHES OF MORTAR OVER THE FACE OF THE BRICK. THEY LEFT INCREDIBLE DIRT AND DUST AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED, AND DIDN'T BOTHER CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
Description of Work: REPAIRED THE BRICK FRONT OF OUR 3-UNIT CONDO BUILDING, REBUILT AN OLD CHIMNEY, AND REPOINTED IN VARIOUS PLACES.

+ 1 moreI FOUND BRIAN AND HIS CREW TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. UNLIKE SOME OTHER PEOPLE WE HAD TO OUR HOUSE TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE, I FELT BRIAN WASN'T TRYING TO FORCE US INTO DOING MORE WORK FOR MORE MONEY. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WORKED HARD FOR ABOUT THREE FULL DAYS.
Description of Work: BRIAN AND HIS CREW DID A VARIETY OF WORK. THEY FILLED THE LARGE HOLES IN THE INTERIOR OF OUR FOUNDATION, DID A SKIM COAT OF CONCRETE IN THE INTERIOR BACK ROOM OF OUR BASEMENT, INSTALLED THREE GLASS BLOCK WINDOWS WITH VENTS, REPOINTED ONE EXTERIOR WALL OF OUR FOUNDATION, AND REPOINTED THE CHIMNEY. THEY ALSO DID SOME INTERIOR MASONRY WORK ON THE CHIMNEY.
