+ -1 moreThey replaced the columns. The also replaced a lot of the trim, and re-did the roof. They are very superb. I have used them twice now, and I would recommend them to anyone. We used their Beverly location.
Description of Work: They remodeled some of our front porch.

+ -1 moreGave very thoughtfully done estimate; came when he said he would, provided written estimate in timely way. In the end we chose another vendor who was able to provide a combined furnace and on-demand hot water system. I would definitely contact GCS again for heating/cooling/plumbing work.
Description of Work: Estimate on gas furnace replacement.

+ 4 moreHe is great. We have used him for the past 3 years. He is very knowledgeable and understands all the details involved with his jobs. We have called him in the middle of the night to service our water heater and install an expansion tank. He's prices are outstanding. He explains all the expenses and breaks it down for you. He has done small jobs such as replacing a spigot outside to installing new underground pipes. He's not your typical service provider...he does it all!
Description of Work: We use him for everything. Last time he was out was to work on our water heater.
