 + -1 moreMy tub was constantly dripping and soon the water started leaking out around faucet handles when turned on-(.house is 55 years old and these were the originals). This was my second experience with Fame and once again they were outstanding. They are quick, professional and do amazing work at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them if you need a plumber.

 + -1 moreWith each step they gave me both the mechanical and aesthetic reasons why something was a good idea or not the best. For example, where to place all 3 shower heads and the controls. I always received a call if they were running late or early!

Description of Work: We had a challenging situation where our shower drain/pipe was leaking & causing water damage to our entrance way below. Having recently bought the house, we didn't know the previous owners had "Mickey-Moused" the drainage/pipe & shower installation and it wasn't until Fame was able to cut through the ceiling that we realized the shower installation was originally poorly done. They had to come twice to ultimately fix the leak, but this was only because they were trying to save us money by doing a basic fix first to see if it would solve the problem. I was happy they tried to save us cost by doing this, but due to the poor shower installation, the fix didn't quite work and they had to come back. I understood this might happen and they were very up front about it. Fame noticed the shower foundation was never cemented, which was contributing to the leak. They creatively fixed this by using expandable foam. It worked! They also realized the drain pipe was almost impossible to access with any tool, so they re-routed the pipe by adding an extender/L-joint, added a new drain, and resealed the pipes. This was not an easy job, yet they never lost patience and always maintained professionalism with a nice touch of humor. I plan to use their services again for some upcoming maintenance. I highly recommend Fame.

 + -1 moreFame Plumbing arrived before they estimated they would. They took longer to replace a part than they had estimated because the part was not in stock and they had to purchase it. I was impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism.
Description of Work: Fame Plumbing replaced a broken toilet tilt valve assembly, and snaked and cleared a tub stoppage.

Description of Work: Did not show up on time from a weeks appointment at 8:30AM THEY CALLED me 20 Minutes late to tell me they were leaving which would be another 20 to 30 minutes getting here. I do not pay $95.00 an hour to have me wait an hour for them to show up, maybe the contract should read: I will charge the plumber $350. for a no show.
