Contacted Executive IT Strategies for an Ethernet connection issue. When speaking with Bruce he was knowledgeable and confident in resolving this issue for me. I met with Bruce, and he went through my laptop and was quick to diagnosis the problem and recommended/installed an Ethernet switch which not only resolved the port issue, but the switch increased the speed of the internet from 60MBPS to 300MBPS. If you have any issues regarding computers, networks or other IT related matters I would definitely contact Bruce at Executive IT Strategies, I know I will in the future.

Bruce is the consummate professional. I run a small medical practice and was having multiple issues especially with the internet. Bruce was able to quickly diagnose the problem , which was a Verizon issue. Verizon kept indicating that it was not their issue, but Bruce was able to make them understand it was a Verizon issue. Now our internet is running smoothly. He also fixed several problems we were having with various software applications. In addition, Bruce recommended several ways for us to bring the office more in line with todayâ s technology, all of which we will be implementing. Bruce was highly recommended and his professional team installed network jacks through-out Breas Medical, Inc. Executive IT Strategies , Inc. was prompt in the morning and able to finish the job on a timely basis as scheduled. Also resolved some server room rack issues and listened to future recommendations to improve such mounted networking components. Bruce was even able to handle some last minute changes in adding Ethernet cable and wall jacks to a few additional department locations within the building. I was extremely satisfied with his work.

Bruce was prompt, courteous, and knows what he is doing. Great customer service when I was in a jam. I had a positive customer experience because he goes the extra mile even to help with the pros and cons for future buying decisions for my new computer after getting the old one up and running. He was the only person to call me back promptly when I needed him ASAP and made arrangements to come directly to my office to save the day. I hired EITS through Angie's list because they was already highly rated. Bruce first came to repair my old desktop computer, and then came the following week to install a new one. His work was great, Bruce lived up to his A+ rating on Angie's List. He was punctual, efficient, very knowledgeable, and affordable. And a very nice guy to boot!
