Overall, Colin did a great job. We weren't sure on the number, size, and configuration of the lights we wanted. Colin gave us numerous quotes quickly and via email (after visiting our condo once). We changed our minds a few times and once during the installation. Colin wasn't phased and happily adapted to our changing requests.

Conor was prompt, professional and on time the first time I called him that I called him again on a second occasion. He hung an outside fixture and then replaced a kitchen chandelier. He arrived a few minutes early knowing that I needed to leave my house by a certain time which I had greatly appreciated. He works cleanly and efficiently. His manner is kind and professional and I would highly recommend him.

We chose Colin over another quote because he was ready to move the panel to a whole new, better location, which the other electrician wasn't ready to do. The more obvious choice would have been to expose the panel to the livingroom wall, which would not have been aesthetically pleasing. So we were happy that he thought he could do it. His quote was also a little more competitive. He did a good job with moving the panel to its new location and the other little things. He did at times feel slightly rushed, and a couple of things could have turned out a little neater maybe, but I have to admit that we pushed him to start earlier because other work at the house was being lined up as well. All in all we had a good to very good experience with Colin and would definitely consider hiring him again.

I just moved into this condo, and I needed a lot of electrical work done. First of all, my air conditioner and microwave could not be operated at the same time without tripping the circuit, and the circuit was only accessible in the basement, so I needed a more heavy duty circuit accessible from inside the apartment. Second, I needed the outlets updated -- there were no electrical outlets in the hallway, and the remainder of the outlets were dated. Third, I wanted to install recessed lighting in my apartment to make some of the rooms less dreary. Colin and his partner were professional and courteous during the entire process, from coming in on short notice one day to assess the scope of work, to performing the work. (Phase 1 described above was completed in one day, Phase 2 in about 2 days and Phase 3 in 3 hours). Colin was very responsive and we interacted over email and in person throughout the project. Additionally, I had bought some dimmers from a store which were way overpriced, and Colin was nice enough to point out that I was ripped off and persuaded me to return them, while he bought the same dimmers for a third of the price. Colin also suggested to install a wall slider switch to control the ceiling fan, which completely takes the guesswork out of trying to shut the fan with the pull cord switches - bonus! The hallway and living rooms are now beautiful with all the new lighting installed and I can happily microwave and even use my toaster oven at the same time! In summary, I thought for the amount of work done it was a good value, and I felt comfortable entrusting the job to Colin and his crew. I will most likely ask Colin to help me in other electrical projects in the future.

I called Colin and he as able to come the same day. I needed him to install an electrical outlet for my dryer. He had to run the wire from the electrical box across the finished basement ceiling and up thru the floor. He did a great job - without make additional holes. He also removed 4 ceiling fans. After he was finished he cleaned up the debris and placed everything in the trash cans. I would definitely us him again and plan to have him install some lights.

After exchanging phone messages several times, I finally spoke to Mr. Bradley and he came out the next day and fixed the problems we had. He was pleasant to work with. I also had been having problems with some undercounter low voltage halogen lights but while he was here they stayed on and so he was not able to find any problem.

We bought a condo that either never had cable hookups, or the hookups had been sealed up. Colin opened a small hole in the wall and reconnected our unit to the main cable line in the common area of the building. He prepared two rooms for cable access, which required opening 3 - 4 additional small holes to pull the lines. He then patched up the holes with a wall repair mixture and added the outlet covers to the locations we picked out. All debris was cleaned up, and the work went faster than expected. The cable company came out the same day and was able to use the new cable outlets to complete the job. The cable tech commented that the wiring job was very thorough.

He was responsive, on time, worked quickly and cleaned up. What more can you ask!

We called Colin on Friday 9.21 to fix 1 outlet and install another. He ended up fixing 2 outlets, installing an exterior outlet, and helped out with a stubborn ceiling light. He said he would be here at 11:30 AM and he was there precisely at 11:30 AM. Even with a trip to get supplies, he had the entire job finished in 1.5 hours.

The job was done in time, under budget. Very professional.

He provided estimate and completed work within the estimate. Installed 2 breakers and repaired broken outlet.

Colin was amazing! I called for an estimate. He arrived earlier than the scheduled time. Colin spent approximately one hour troubleshooting prior to giving an estimate. There were two options that Colin could have taken. Instead of finding a way to charge me excess money, he was very honest about the options and his ability to complete the work in a budget-friendly manner. I scheduled to have him complete the job. On the day of work, Colin was extremely efficient. Everything was completed as stated. We tested the entry system and all was well. Later, we discovered that his new install interfered with another system connected to the entrance. I was locked out. I placed a call to Colin. He said he would be there in 20 minutes. I thought 20 minutes meant 30 or 40 minutes. Colin arrived in 15 minutes. I was surprised. Since there was no easy way to enter, Colin had to use his ladder for window access. My establishment is in a high-traffic location and walking community. It is difficult to get a parking space close by. Colin carried his ladder, at least, 2 blocks. Colin successfully enters through the window but places a tiny, tiny hole in the screen. I told him not to worry. But he insisted on going to Home Depot for a replacement screen to keep out the bugs. He also said that he would come back the very next day to install the screen and he kept his word. The final chapter of his New Customer Service Booklet: Since I was locked out and his entry install interfered with the main system, he:1. Gave me a referral to another company that may have more knowledge about the door system2. Gave me my money back That says it all!

Colin was very responsible and flexible to my demands. We needed to install a new bathroom fan, re-route our cable TV line, and install an electrical outlet in our attic. Colin was upfront - he didn't over promise and he knew his limits. If he wasn't comfortable doing something (like venting a bathroom fan through the roof) he said so. I appreciated that and I knew exactly what might be involved for the entire job. Fortunately, he made the bathroom work in the simplest way. Overall, Colin and his crew were extremely efficient, professional, and considerate throughout the entire job. He showed up right on time and completely ready to work. Overall, I think Colin is a solid tradesman and I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again.

Much of the two-family building's wiring had been updated but not all. Colin and his employee worked extremely efficiently and methodically. Instead of ripping apart our walls, as some contractors claimed would be necessary, they simply re-routed the new wiring, moving some light switches in the process and removing all the old knob & tube wiring quickly and with minimal impact on the structure. They patched up all the (very small) holes they had to make in the walls and cleaned up after themselves. They did both units of the building in two long days. We were extremely happy with the work they did and would definitely hire them again for any electrical issues. An added virtue is that Colin explains things well and doesn't pad the job with unnecessary replacements of outlets, etc. He is very straightforward and honest.

Wanted to have the knob and tubing disconnected and have new wiring installed. Colin Bradley considered multiple approaches since there was going to be an extensive amount of re-wiring, drilling, etc, and he took the approach that would be the most efficient and give the least damage to the structure. He works efficiently. After the work was done everything was patched up. He is very good at setting out plastic to protect the area from dust and then cleans up at the end. Was very happy with the experience.

I needed an electrician to come in and switch out a chandelier. I was so happy I found Colin. I emailed him and he responded right away to set up an appointment for him to come and do the work. He was available the next morning!!! He arrived right on time - which I was so happy about! He was very professional and did a great job and fast! I moved into new house a few weeks later and he came by to check the electrical outlets (inspector had said a few of them needed to be grounded). Colin came right on time as scheduled! I highly recommend him! I will definitely be using his services in the future. for all electrical needs!

This was the 2nd time that we called Colin for assistance. The first time was about 6 or 8 months ago when he came and solved a circut breaker problem for us which was causing our washing machine to shut off randomly in the middle of wash cycles. He was extremely responsive and came within a couple hours of our calling. He knew exactly what to do and we have not had the problem since. We were very impressed with his kindness and courtesy, and we considered the charge of $90 very reasonable. I called him again recently because we were having a very annoying problem with our smoke alarms (all wired in) going off randomly--usually in the middle of the night (he was not responsible for installing the system originally). Again, he came within a couple hours of my call. He surveyed the layout of our system and made adjustments that have proven to be very effective. We have not had the problem since. He very generously did not charge for this work and stood ready to come back if the problem persisted. Colin is a terrific person and excellent electrician, and we intend to use him as our primary electrician from now on.

Colin was a pleasure to work with from moment one. He came out on a Sunday to a small job and then came back on Wednesday to work on a larger project of moving lights, snaking wires and hanging a TV. He answered emails very quickly and was willing to work on our schedule. The experience was great!

My general contractor also uses him for the kitchen renovation that we are currently doing. He has done work for me independently as well. He works like crazy and all by himself. I would recommend him to anyone. I would tell people not to be put off because he is a little bit shy and he might not get that right to start with. He is not super talkative, but he is really good at what he does.
