He is honest to a fault, punctual, does exactly what he says he'll do, charges exactly what he says he will charge and looked out for my best interest when dealing with other vendors. His work is top notch. In a sea of crappy general contractors he's a reliable, trustworthy, honest and all around nice guy.
Description of Work: Developed 1100SF home into 3000SF home. Gutted interior, converted garage to living space and added 800SF extension to home.

+ 4 moreCame to rescue me after my first GC abandoned my job right after demolition of four bathrooms and a playroom, leaving me living in a partially demolished construction zone. He knows everything about construction. His carpentry/woodworking and tile work is gorgeous. His assistant and painter, Robert Crespo, is also a fine craftsman. He undercharges, so tends to be very busy. Homeowners love him; he likes to say "you can have anything you want."
Description of Work: Stepped into my abandoned job, and did the carpentry work for me, including beadboard in a new bathroom, creating elaborate moldings, patching hardwood floors, rebuilding cabinets and being the job site trouble shooter. Price listed above included hourly labor & materials.
