ABCO Masonry Restoration & Waterproofing

The price was competitive, however the work did not start until Spring 2015. Contract signed in winter 2014. There were a few delays, but overall the work was good. However, I called literally 10 times for ABCO to finish work that was not included in the 'original scope of work' and never got a call back. ABCO provided a quote and was to return for just 1 days worth of work and they never did. We now have a building looks great, but our garden curb is in its original state. I can't believe after all the $$ we gave them, ABCO would treat us like this.

Yuri and his crew were always punctual, appropriate and very good at their job. The project, due to building structural issues, become more involved and complex than anticipated. Again, Yuri and crew did an amazing job. They finished within the time frame promised and kept cost within the agreed on range agreed upon. He was hired after a two (2!) year search and interview for contractors. He is superb!

Yury and his team did an excellent job with this service. He is very trustworthy, dependable and meticulous about every detail! We are very pleased with the work and will be using him again someday when we do the front of our building! His estimate was very honest and he did not recommend work that didn't need to be done. Like others have said, he started the work and even did some winter prep work for us without a deposit. The thing that I appreciate the most is how clean everything was upon leaving. They took the time and effort to really wash everything down and make it look even better than before. We've had bad experiences where contractors leave a big mess for us so this is important to me. Lastly, his price was very competitive and the quality is outstanding.

They have been wonderful to work with, incredibly professional, honest and punctual. Have mad suggestions that will benefit the building and save from more damage. They return phone calls, friendly and have a great staff.

Yury is a rare gem in this industry. He doesn't talk much but he is meticulous and responsive. Also, he started the job before having received our deposit check because he's old schooled and does work based on trust. All his employees were friendly and polite. There were a few minor areas we'd like to have corrected during the process and after the job was done and each time, Yury responded immediately. Nothing was too small of an issue. During our long renovation process, we have definitely encountered too many shady characters but Yury shines as one of the few stand-up guys around.
