Quality work, reasonable price.

Ronaldo and his crew were very prompt and professional. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of cleanup and how quickly they work. I had 3 windows done which may seem like a small job but he stopped in twice a day to check on his workers and would ensure that they were doing a great job. The workers wore masks the while time, all had the same professional uniform and were very respectful. They spoke very little English but it was never a problem. I can t say enough good things about their service. Our windows were from the 1800 s and I initially wasn t sure how it would look but it was WAY better than expected. I will be calling Ronaldo and his crew next year for our bottom floor!

Getting a new roof was a big deal to me. From the very start, Ronaldo conveyed an air of professionalism. His price was better than other quotes I received. His crew was fast, efficient and professional. The job was complete and all cleaned up in 1 day. I am overjoyed at the result and would strongly recommend Serpa.

I quoted this big project to 6 different companies.Serpa impressed me with their honest assessment/ knowledge of the work,and fair price. His recommendations were spot on for an old house like this.circa 1909.(work included :strip cedar siding, replace with cedar impressions vinyl,gutters,wrap windows,replace picture window,replace porch posts,new railing,and a stone facia on the front porch- which is gorgeous). In addition during the project, I added extra, replacing two doors.Incredibly hard workers,and have earned my trust. future projects I highly recommend

After the job was completed the area looked better than before.Gutters cleaned, Leaves picked up and carted away.Everything promised was delivered. Job done! What I noticed however is the attention to detail and care given to the craft.

Renaldo returned my call right away and arrived on site the next day to provide an estimate. He came the next day for us to sign the contract and scheduled the work for the following week. The work was superior to any previous roofing we had done. The team arrived exactly as promised and carried out the work with precision and care. They even cleaned out the gutters and raked up the leaves around the grounds. The roof looks fantastic and the cleanup was phenomenal. I highly recommend Renaldo and his crew without reservation and will definitely contact them for any projects in future. Quality workmanship!!!!!

Fast and prompt estimate,

Serpa construction responded promptly to my phone call for an estimate on replacing all the cedar clapboard on my garage, farmerâ s walk and the front of my house. Ronaldo arrived to give me an estimate on time. Right away I knew he was a true craftsman. He had all kinds of samples and great suggestions regarding what needed to be done. His price was very fair. Out of four bids I made the decision to go with Serpa construction. The project was started on time and the quality of the workmanship was truly outstanding. Over the years I have done some small projects myself, so I know quality work when I see it. Each and every carpenter that worked on the project was like fine clockmaker. Every cut was precise, every board nailed by hand with stainless steel nails. I canâ t emphasize enough how outstanding the quality of the workmanship. I am planning on having Ronaldo return in the spring to do a number of additional projects on my house.

Ronaldo and his crew were here 6 days a week working all day from beginning to end. They finished my entire house with new siding and a new deck for my tenant in 2 and a 1/2 weeks. He answered my calls and emails timely. I have had bad experiences with contractors and this was such a big job but Serpa made it fast and made me comfortable that the job would be done correct and efficient.
