Description of Work: HIM installed complete heat pump system. We have used their services for the last 20 years for the maintenance of our heat pump system. This year we needed a new one including the air handler. great work!!

+ -1 moreBoth technicians were extremely courteous and professional: they arrived when promised, they were very neat, the bill was as stated and there were no surprises.
Description of Work: The technician responded to an emergency call at 11:00 at night on a freezing cold night because we had no heat-he inspected the furnace and found the problem.-the control board was faulty. He "jump-started" the furnace so that we would have heat. He ordered the part and his co-worker returned with the part within the week and installed it. Ron who responded initially was very clear on the phone as to the expense-he arrived promptly and was very professional. He showed my husband the problem and explained the choices. His co-worker, Jim who installed the new part was also very courteous and spent time explaining what he was doing and the reasons why. He cleaned the furnace and checked out the system.
