I met with four different companies (three from Angie's list). Since installing a new basement floor seemed the best way to fix the flooding, Dry Zone was the best and easiest choice because they can do it all and I didn't need to get separate quotes from masons to replace the floor. They were also willing to help out on removing the heavy items and always willing to answer my many questions. Todd and Dan (sales) and the whole team was very professional and great to work with. The place was left very clean and they added in extra details like changing the swing of the basement door. I highly recommend this company.

Dry Zone Basement Systems provided a detailed estimate of the work to be performed. The sales representative explained the benefits of the water proofing system over other methods. The sales person also explained how the installation would take place and what to expect each day. Our installation took three days. The installation of the water proofing system was beyond our expectations. The installers arrived on time and worked continuously each day. The work site was left clean each day! The installers are extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The workmanship and materials are very high quality. We highly recommend Dry Zone Basement Systems for basement water proofing.

I did not use them because their solution they were selling would not work, so I don?t really have a negative or a positive reaction because it was just a quote. I know a lot of people that have used them and say good things about them, but I think that they were just a bit expensive with the process that they were trying to sell. They were trying to sell a solution that I felt was a little more than what I wanted to take care of at the time. I would not use them because they are too expensive, but they will give me what I pay for.

I found the company on the internet. I emailed a few and this company got back to me within 2 weeks. I still haven't heard from the others. A representative came to our house, assessed the damage, took measurements, showed us the products and explained how everything worked. He made suggestions of what he felt we needed and didn't need and explained why. We didn't have this company take the drywall down but we did have it done beforehand. We were given a price quote which was a little out of our budget and they were able to come down a little where it put us into a more affordable price without cutting anything out, The office person was pleasant, honest and willing to help in anyway. On the day the job was done, the 4 guys worked as a team. They covered everything with plastic before starting. They took everything off the truck in an organized way and the whole work flow went smoothly. There was no standing around. They were very professional and friendly and thorough. The whole job was done in one day which I was totally shocked about. They didn't cut corners. They just worked from the time they arrived until the time they left. No fooling around. They cleaned up after themselves and went over everything when they were done. They answered all our questions and I think the best part was that I felt confident that I picked the right company. The warranty stays with the house so if I ever sell,. the warranty goes to the next owner and thats a GREAT selling feature if you ask me! Hopefully now I can stop worrying when it rains!

my salesman Dan was great he explained and showed me the system the 3 guys came on time and did a awesome job they transformed my basement it is so clean and dry i had a musty and damp basement this company did a great job from start to finish and my salesman Dan came out to see how things were going

Overall the guys did a good job, except for completing the replacement of the drywall. The drywall subcontractors let the job down. Melissa was very understanding and helpful, but in the end I had to finish the job myself. I'd be happy to use them again but I'd supervise the drywall replacement next time.

They did it in less time they said they would. The jack hammering didn't damage our plaster walls. They were very knowledgeable. They were very friendly. The person who did the quote and the installers were very professional. They cleaned up any mess.
