Wonderful. Done same day despite being a holiday week. Quick, efficient professional service and they even re-screened my other screen I had brought in for reference for free.

My husband and I could not have been more pleased with this experience. From the quoting process, product selection, adherence to agreed upon work schedule EVERYTHING went smoothly. The Forman Keith, was courteous and polite, he made it clear that his job was to make sure that we were happy with the outcome and he communicated with us daily. My husband and I were sometimes at work while the work was taking place so he told us to walk around the house when we got home and take a picture of anything we didn?t like or had questions about and text it to him. Keith always got back to us right away. I came home one day to find the seams along the side garage close to our bushes running in the opposite direction of what I preferred. I texted Keith and he responded that he would take care of it. He could have argued that you really couldn?t see it, but his answer was a quick and courteous ?I?ll take care of it.?. I came home the next day to find all the siding redone and running in the direction that I preferred. Every day the yard was clean, you would have never had known there had been a team of men working there all day. If you are considering new windows or siding be sure to include College Town Siding and Glass in your search.

It was a tricky install, since the basement is field stone, but the installer took his time to make sure they were installed correctly. The windows look great and the installer was on time and professional. My only issue was the lack communication for a couple of weeks, where my order was

Brian is awesome. I had 2 large picture windows that had lost their seal and have fogged up. Brian took on this job when 4 other contractors wouldn't touch it. His team is efficien and professional. I highly recommend College Town.
