Called on 6.30.2014 for service and received a choice of two dates, 6.30.2014 or .7.01.2014. Of course I chose the same day. The technician (Nick) came out on 6.30.2014 however upon inspection he found the AC unit to have frozen over despite the 6 hours shut off of the system. (Nick) stated he would not be able to do anything until the ice thawed. He finished inspection and before leaving the company had called to schedule the appointment for 7.01.2014 in the morning. (Nick) arrived at 10am during the 4 hour wait window and went right to work. The ice wasn't all the way thawed but enough for him to get started as the rest melted off. He found my refrigerant to be low and fill it up and tuned up the system. He was clear on maintiance suggestions reasons the issue happened and prevention tips for the future. This took place all within the hour window for the rate of $120 plus $45 for refrigerant and help setting the thermostat to the proper temperatures. Great service recommended to all.

Whole experience with this company went really well. The service tech answered my many questions and explained exactly what he was doing so I would feel comfortable that he'd find a solution so I wouldn't have to invest in a new Furnace! They also service and clean AC Units as well as Furnaces so I will be using the again at a future date!

I was very pleased with this company, from the initial contact with Tim Dubuc, who did a very thorough evaluation of the work required and furnished a detailed bid and was available and helpful throughout the process with Mass Save. Mike, his project manager, was terrific, and equally helpful throughout the work, arriving on time, cleaning up after their work, and making accommodations as he went, as my son planned to make some structural changes in the future. The office staff was very knowledgeable and available and followed up after the work was done, preparing and sending me the paperwork for the rebates that were due. All in all, I couldn't ask for better service from any of them.

I had them here after having another company not do a very good job of cleaning my system. Climate Concepts was excellent and their technician was very thorough; he was here over an hour. I was pleased with the price and thought it was going to cost a lot more. The customer service and knowledge was fantastic.
