I called in to inquire about septic services after this company came highly recommended. When I had called, I covered 3 major points as follows/; 1) I JUST bought my new house in August 2024. 2) This is precautionary as I don't know when the last time the tank was pumped. 3) I have NEVER in my 45 years lived in or dealt with a septic system. I am completely ignorant on this topic. I was assured I was doing the right thing and we scheduled an appointment. I was EVEN assured that it was better to be safe that sorry. After the call I discovered that in the town I live in requires a pump must be done with the inspection. When I called to make my payment after service, the first question I asked was "Does the town of Middleboro require a system to be pumped for the completion of the TitleV certification?" She knew RIGHT away without hesitation. I then expressed my disappointment in the situation stating that I feel taken advantage of as a new customer. There was ZERO effort on their part to take any responsibility whatsoever. Just "It wasn't me" She just kept calling it a miscommunication. She never even attempted to work with me. No small percentage off. No "just cover the cost of our disposal." Nothing. If they had just been honest, and told me to wait because it was just done...I would have 1000% used them BECAUSE of their honestly and they would have gained a customer for life. I wasn't looking for a free handout.

This is a dishonest company! Buyer Beware, called to have 1000 gallon septic tank pumped. They came here and was here 10 mins start to finish and charged full price. There is no way my septic tank even was close to needing a pump but they still charged me full price. This is dishonest practice and do not recommend this company in the future to anyone. Called office talked to drive who was rude and insisted I didn't know what I was talking about. He then made derogatory remarks against my husband on the phone putting the blame on him. So disgusted and disappointed by they way the treat and handle customers!

They're very efficient, they come when they say they will, the crew is responsive and nice, they're just excellent. They're also a local company which I like.

Called on a Saturday, and the phone was answered by a very kind woman, who had someone else call back to schedule an appointment. The callback was received, and we agreed for a service call sometime the following week. It didn't seem possible to actually schedule an appointment, but was told "sometime during the week we'll come by." I gave them my mobile number since I wanted to be on premises during the service, so they could call me and I'd make sure I was there. A week passed, then two, then three. I think I have determined they are not coming. I can only assume they misplaced my number, but I was a little put off by them not being able to tell me a day (let alone time window) for their arrival. They are a local company so was hoping to do business with them.
