last year I had raccoons in attic. I hired Arrest-A-Pest to extract them and cover hole in soffit so they wouldn t return. $600!! He finally caught raccoons after a week. Ed (A-A-P) did not use standard material to cover hole..he got some material for free. This year..the raccoons easily removed what he put up! Raccoons in attic again.. Contacted Casey s. Casey set up a clever system of traps on Saturday at 3:00pm.... He trapped racoon at 3:30pm!!!! Raccoons are nocturnal so that was amazing! He will be over to deal with my squirrel problem in June. He has a lot of respect for wildlife..Means a lot to me Renate Buzalsky

Casey is very knowledgeable about the behavior of pest animals and the regulations regarding how they can be trapped or removed from homes. He is very responsive to questions and explains the services he performs thoroughly. His methods of removal and restriction for pests to keep them away minimize any harm to the pest animals, and are pet and human resident safe.

Casey was a true professional. Never having a Squirral issue before I was not sure what to do. Casey came out and explained what he was going to do and what it would cost and if other services were needed and what that would cost. He was polite,communicative and honest. Can't say enough good things about CWS. Casey called immediately and recognized the urgency of the situation - raccoons in the attic - and he arrived the next morning. He knew everything about raccoons ( I spent many hours reading on-line info from several sources ) . He knew exactly how to handle the problem - mother and babies - and after a few trips got them all out safely and hopefully they are all living in a hollow tree somewhere else on my property. (I decided to give her and the kits a second chance instead of euthanizing) He then set about raccoon-proofing my soffits in case mom decided to come back. The price was reasonable and we have not had any issues since. Casey is personable, explains and discusses all the options, answers any questions clearly and I would highly recommend CWS....
