Budge It Drains

Unfortunately, the problem was not fixed. There is no warranty :( I had to switch to another company, when the same line which Budge It cleared began backing up 6 weeks later. I wanted to use a local company to support local. But RotoRooter is a franchise model. That's local enough for me. And they have a 6-month guarantee! On multiple days Budge It told me they'd call me back, and they did not. I'm sure they are frustrated with my calls. But there is poop in my house, and Budge It told me last month that I was good to go. The Budge it owner explained to me last week that I "get what [I] pay for" and since they are less expensive than RotoRooter, that's why there is no guarantee. But I paid Budge It drains $620 last month, and RotoRooter $360 today.

Great experience. Called late afternoon, guys came first thing the next morning. I'd been given a reasonable cost estimate range on the phone and the final bill was close to the middle of the range. They were polite, professional and did a thorough job, clearing and cleaning out at least 20+ feet down the pipe. They were quick and left the space clean.

I went on Angies list at 10:30 and within minutes talked to Joe from Budge It Drains and he had Mike here with in an hour. Mike came in very clean found the problem fixed it cleaned up and the water was flowing down the drain no problem. Was told the price on the phone and that was the price. Thanks

Good experience. Had charged me for a camera location, camera location did not work out so they took away the charge!

Very professional, courteous. Came within an hour of call as promised. Did an excellent job of clearing our kitchen drain, recommended maintenance which made sense. Cleaned up after himself and charged what was estimated at the time of the call. We would definitely use their services again if needed and would recommend this company to friends and family.

Budge It has been to my home 3 times to clean out our master drain and once I had them camera the line. Each time they have been extremely responsive and professional. I needed some information about my pipe to have it replaced and they came out to camera the line and provide guidance at no additional cost. Great to work with!

We had a drain that wasn't properly draining (kitchen sink, laundry). I called at 9:40 am, was told that someone would be there between 11 and 2pm (we were going to be home all day) and was pleasantly surprised by a young man showing up a little after 10:30. Using a camera on a snake he was able to show me what the inside of the drain looked like, ew! I asked him if he had time for another clog (slow draining bathroom sink... lots of hair in this house!) and he told me it would be half price since he wasn't having to come out twice. But when it took him only a few minutes to unclog that, he charged me only the original price for the first drain. He was professional and quick, and cleaned up afterwards.

There arrival was right on time. The technician was friendly. My drain was working perfectly in 45 minutes. Exceptional service.

Received a call from Joe, one of the owners, to schedule an appointment after having told him the issues I was having. Being home today, he said he could schedule it for today and someone would be there within the hour. 45 minutes later, Frank and Joe were here. They cleaned out the upper part of the drain in the bathroom sink - gurgling resolved!!!! They used a motorized snake to clean out the drain underneath the kitchen sink, which connected to the main water line. When tested, there was a loud gush of water heard through the line. Slow drainage resolved!! Frank and Joe were pleasant, professional, and gave me some helpful hints on preventative maintenance. Will definitely use them again if needed.

They came straight out. I called and left an emergency message and they were right out.

I was contacted right away and he was able to come the same day. Mission accomplished.. Very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

Unbelievably! From the time of my initial call to the completion of the job, it was just 1.5 hours. The person who performed the work (Ken) was personable, efficient and very helpful. He made some suggestions on preventive measures going forward. I could not ask for a better experience AND got a $25 coupon for the job at hand.

I was impressed with my entire experience from contact through completion! While the company overview mentioned 24/7 service, given the fact that I was calling in the evening on a weekend, I fully expected to reach an answering service. However, my phone call was picked up by the owner, who took the time to fully assess the situation and symptoms over the phone so that he could determine whether or not I needed immediate assistance or whether the problem could be resolved in the morning instead. His goal was to resolve the issue, and provide peace of mind as well as save me money if at all possible. His staff arrived promptly in the am, and was determined to make sure the drain pipe, which was filled with tree roots, was sufficiently resolved. This required the usage of 3 types of tools! He then fully tested the drainage problem by running all sinks and the washing machine before leaving. The bill was extremely reasonable and we possibly could have paid close to twice as much if we had gone with Roto Rooter. (He also took $25.00 off the bill as an Angie's List discount.) After he left, the owner contacted me to make sure we were satisfied with the service. Yes we were! Company truly lived up to their name as well...Budge It Drains. They budged it...at budget prices!!!

He was very nice and had 3 sons working for him.The elbow on the bottom of copper drain was plugged. He used power snake and got it unplugged. Based on how fast he showed up and he was very nice price was fair Good Job.

I called Joe yesterday, said I wasn't desperate, and scheduled the work for the next day (today). Joe called as he was leaving his last job and gave me an ETA based on his GPS system. He arrived exactly on time, set up quickly, did his work clearing two drains, cleaned up and left within 30 minutes. I couldn't be happier with the quality of his work, his professional manner and his fee.

They are really wonderful. They were so great. We had a toilet flood on New Year's day.

The service could not have been better. Couldn't find someone I liked on Angie's and so I contacted HomeAdvisor.com (7:30 p.m. - clogged kitchen drain). In less than 5 minutes I received a call from Joe, the owner, who said he was in the area and could be at my home in 20 minutes and he offered a discount rate from his usual emergency rate which was reasonable in itself. He was in my kitchen 20 minutes later. Very personable, extremely professional. I was good to go within the hour. Definitely would recommend him to anyone.

Great service. Very efficient. Came in assessed the problem. Solved it for now. Suggested a plumber to come in to do permanent fix.
