Project: Clean Dryer Vent I'm totally satisfied with the job they did - they explained in advance of the job and at the end of the job, replaced the flexible piping as needed, sent me pictures after the job. I will use them again.

Although their estimate for job completion was under actual time, we were pleased by their continuous communication, thoroughness, carefulness, and consideration. Workers were also mindful of CV19 precautions (e.g., masked). We would not hesitate to hire or recommend them again.

Damage Control responded with a quote within 5 minutes and arrived 2 days later to clean our carpets. They did an incredible job. Their customer service is amazing. They will be our go-to carpet cleaners going forward!

Timely and professional service. My rug looks like new! After housebreaking a 7 month old puppy, who was winning the war, my carpets needed a new lease on life. Josh and Rob did an amazing job. The rug looks new, the house smells clean and I would hire them iagain n a heartbeat.

They showed up on time and did a very thorough job rugs look and smell GREAT !

During these tough times I had my carpets cleaned and Josh and Robert did a great job. I left so they could work without me in the way and I came home to a nice clean carpet.

I bought a New Condo that the previous owners had cats. Josh & Robert worked together as a team and the rugs came out beautifully and I don't have to worry about the pet dander. The were so courteous, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them and your service.

The gentleman who came for my rug called in advance and offered to pick up something from the store for me. Now , that is going the extra mile. Also, I was very please with the way my rug looked, It looked brand new.
