They were on time and professional.

Because this was an older house (1930) and had considerable decay in the facia boards and gutters we wanted to hire one contractor to be responsible for the roof, gutters and dormers. They did a good job in terms of how much time and materials to spend on repairing the rotted sections - we were on a budget and could do some of this ourselves later so they just did what was most damaged like we asked. They also hired a contractor to reshingle 2 dormers. Overall we were very pleased with the work done - the house looks so much better. Mike's estimate wasn't the lowest but we felt more comfortable choosing him because his written estimate was detailed. Mike was polite and responsive and stopped by several times to review the steps and answer questions.

They just provided me a quote but they were very good and quick at getting back with me.

It went well. Came and did full installation in one day.

Overall it was absolutely fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone. They were professional and clean as a whistle. Their workmanship was impeccable. They were fantastic and well worth the money. They were a little higher than some of the other bids that I had received. My landscaper had recommended them because he had seen the work that they had done and I'm glad that I went with them. I guess it wasn't the best price that I got but I got what I paid for. I don't care about the price because I wanted the workmanship to be right.

The company was professional and performed above our expectations. The day before the work was to be performed we requested that a zinc strip be added to the back roof to help r***** lichen growth. The office manager went out of her way and stopped by a building supply Co. on her way home to purchase the strips for the crew. The roof was installed and completed on a Saturday. We were home and we noticed that some old plastic gutter guards the crew had removed and replaced were damaged by the sun. While the crew was away, we purchased new guards. We were in the process of replacing the guards when the crew returned. They insisted that they finish installing the new guards for us.We really appreciated the extra effort and the new roof looks great.

We called due to what we thought was a small leak in our roof. It turned out to be much more. We had many water spots that turned rapidly to mold situations inside closets. YUCK! When we called back to see if we could get pushed up on the schedule, the owner came over to our house right away. Sometimes you just get a good feeling about someone and that was the case here. My husband did most of the dealing, but Mike was fantastic. Concerned about our situation and got the job done. We were still not sure whether the roof was the whole problem, but it poured today, and we can safely say everything is bone dry. I should mention, I was on business travel when the work was performed, but when I came home, there were no traces that they were even here. Everything was clean and nothing was out of place. The only trace was the sign on our front yard and the wonderful new roof! Very cool. Being a first time homeowner, we had many questions and Mike never treated us like the questions were stupid. He was always a pleasure and came over to explain everything. I felt like he cared not only about his job but overall about us too. We would definitely recommend him and use his services again and again.

Michael keith and his crew worked together efficiently. Mr Keith - who did the initial estimate was exceptionally observant of our roof problems & solutions to them.

Their customer service is very good. They were willing to answer my questions and they took time to answer any questions I had during the quote process. Their communication is good. They showed up on time, quoted the work accurately and performed according to the quote. I had no issues with them. They've got a very large team, arrived right on time, finished the job and they could stay on the job until it was done. They did a very good job overall. I have a second home and I am going to use them for roof sometime in the future.

Tight construction schedule due to upcoming wedding. Everything was complete in approx. 8 weeks, just in time for wedding. Workers showed up every day at 8am. Cleaned thoroughly before leaving each day. Richard (siding, trim, and windows) was meticulous about hand cutting every piece of siding and aluminum trim. The highest quality products were used on the job, the workmanship is the highest quality, and therefore, the job looks beautiful.

The people who sold the house recommended them to us. The experience was good. They were timely, gave a decent quote and knew what they were talking about. We have aluminum siding and not many people know how to take that out. The major part of the work involved taking out the siding from top to bottom, and they did that well. The people were nice and punctual, and cleaned up pretty well. Overall, they did good work.

I scheduled a date to have someone come out to check out the work and provide a quote. The date was set, but they never showed or called to explain/reschedule. Unprofessional.

A-American was very efficient from start to finish. Quality of materials, workmanship, and customer service outstanding. Michael Keith arrived promptly, explained exactly what work he would perform and why, and provided a proposal/estimate before leaving. Work was completed within a few weeks. Actual job took a day and a half and the crew was polite and focused. No problems, delays or complications of any kind, and no damage to plants or other property. The new roof looks beautiful, and is much better vented than before, thanks to Mr. Keith's suggestions. As this company is rated highly on Angie's List, my expectations were high. And all of them were met.

The project took 3 days including Saturday. Within two days after my request for a quote, Michael Keith of A-American arrived to look over the project from the outside and also inside the attic area. We had a long discussion about the project. Since my house is an older one, I chose the 3-tab shingle to match the roof of my existing porch which was rebuilt 7 years ago. I was able to use a $300 discount coupon so the final price was $6,000. The work crew arrived on time on the date scheduled. I had requested of Mr. Keith that his crew take special care to avoid damaging my blooming flowers around the house for sentimental reasons. His crew propped the roof plywood all around the base of the house shielding the flowers from falling roof debris. No flowers were damaged in the process. The foreman noted the bricks in my old center chimney were loose and deteriorating. He took them down so they wouldn't fall down and stacked them neatly for me. The roof looks beautiful.
