+ 3 moreTim has been an amazing find - making our transition to ownership on Cape Cod much smoother. He has great ideas for problem solving all home maintenance and renovation projects. If he cannot do a project himself, he will suggest local resources. And he can do almost anything! From small issues to big projects, Tim is creative, reasonable, and reliable!
Description of Work: Updated and prepared home for rental season...repaired damaged walls, created new bedroom wall, replaced sliding doors, created new stone walkway, other odds and ends. Also serves as property manager.
