 + 6 moreSteve has a unique ability to understand architectural design and incorporate practical application. The total addition was 35 x 26. A farmers porch was added to the job and incorporates the existing one we had. It was done to perfection. The large screened porch itself is an open design 15 x 23 and includes an open beam design ceiling with french doors that leads to a 10 x 26 sun deck. . The over sized 2 car garage has no center supports. A unique front enterance staircase design ties the addition and the existing building together. We have used Steve for other jobs in the past, a bathroom remodel, gas fireplace installation and kitchen updates. All were completed within budget and done beautifully. This entire project from start to finish was a great experience and Steve made it a fun project with his easy going manner.
Description of Work: We contracted Steve to construct a large additon to our existing home, a 2 car garage and screened porch. The job included steel beam supports, a farmers porch, a screened in porch which incorporates a unique open ceiling beam design and two story staircase. The job was handled from start to finish with complete professionalism. All completed and brought in within budget and a timely manner. Any issues that arose were handled quickly without any delays. Steve was always completely responsive and answered all questions without hesitation. The outcome is beyond expectations. Steve is a craftsman and we highly recommend him and will certainly call him with any future projects.
