Spotless Cleaning

They were a little late to start, but this was the beginning of the busy rental season. However, they made up for that in the work they did! They fit me in to their busy schedule. They paid attention to the little details after a renovation project we did. They dusted everything, our house has never looked cleaner! They were great! Highly recommended!

I am selling my home and I wanted a top to bottom cleaning including moving furniture if able to do so without scratching my hardwood floors. I was connected with Luzia from Spotless Cleaning on a Thursday. We met on Friday. My realtor wanted to show my home on the Cape that Saturday and Sunday. Luzia agreed to do the job. My Realtor told me the house was gleaming and that she took their card and she will be calling them for herself and if her clients ask for a cleaning service. Luzia even sent me pictures after the job was complete.

I was very grateful that they shifted their schedule to clean the same day I called. I offered a higher than market price to clean a very small cottage that I knew needed a deep cleaning - again, on short notice. While it was obvious that the woman who came did care very much about the areas that she did clean, she emptied the trash cans and left the bags on the porch (--what?) she didn't clean the ceiling fan - or let me know that perhaps that wasn't on the list of items to be cleaned, etc. When I checked the rooms, the first lamp I checked wasn't dusted. She did many things well, and if I hadn't been rushed, I might have gone back and asked for more re-dos, but for the high price I paid, I expected slightly more thorough service.
