 + -1 moreThe ice was removed as requested, when requested. I also had Jake remove about 6 inches of regular snow from the same driveway about two weeks later.
Description of Work: Hoping that it would get warmer or rain, I left the snow on my 60-foot driveway for a few weeks. Didn't happen. Jake removed an 8-inch-deep block of ice from my driveway with a front-end loader.

Description of Work: We asked Jake to plow a portion of our driveway and shovel the snow off the front steps after each snowfall we had this past winter. Without asking he also cleared the vents and a made a path for our mini dachshund. He did all this in a timely and exemplary fashion. This was the second season we used him with rave results. I only spoke with him once before the winter started, no further calls were ever required. I consider his service invaluable to us.

The last storm I needed to be out at an earlier time, he was tied up somewhere else because of the volume and trouble with the snow and called and had someone get me out in time for my appointment. I am thrilled with Jake and highly recommend him!
