Description of Work: In 2002 Cheney Construction was recommended as a good firm to do an addition on our home. I would not suggest others follow this recommend as Cheney Construction was unresponsive (did not return phone calls), over budget (by $10,000) and late.

+ 1 moreHe is very affable and wonderful to work with. He has good prices and works within your budget. He is very dependable and does good work. I would recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: He did work on the structure of the house, and in the basement and kitchen. There had been some wood-rot, which he repaired. He also installed 2 new decks.
