 + 0 moreNot only did they perform all work on schedule but they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with every aspect of the work. They actually came in under their estimate and refunded us the excess money. If they hadn't mentinoed this we never would have known. I heartily recomnend them for any size work and will use them for anything we need in the future.
Description of Work: We used Breakwater construction as the General Contractor for our new House in Harwich Port in 2006. The house was a prefab from Pleasant Bay Homes in Harwich and Breakwater took over after the house was placed on the new foundation by the "set crew" and the outside finish work was completed by the "button up crew." Breakwater did all the finish work on the inside of the house and supervised the plumbing and electrical. They also did all the framing and finish work on three bedrooms and a full bath in the secon floor.
