Description of Work: Would not respond to messages left when plumbing services were needed. Did not ever take time to call back to phone messages left. Perhaps the service has gone out if business???

+ -1 moreExcellent craftsmanship; old school technique combined with state of the art technical knowledge. All work was done according to plan. No surprises. That said Dick accommodated changes in our plan as the project progressed and the nature of the old house required changes or adjustments. Creative solutions to layout problems presented by old house If you are an engineer, Dick's work will bring a smile to your face. Worked well with other contractors, especially the general/carpenter on difficult routing of drain vent lines have had Dick back for additional work
Description of Work: Rough-in plumbing for new kitchen in an Antique home and run gas & water from house to barn. Also, renovation of some existing drain lines to accommodate new work

+ -1 moreThe price was a lot. He is the guy to go to. He is the only guy in Cape Town I know to go to. It took ten years to find him. He is really good in what he is doing. If I need him than definitely, he is the one I would use.
Description of Work: I used Bindig Plumbing & Heating. The last time I used his services it was for change of a heating system, than we also had a leak in a bathroom upstairs that had to hold a ceiling underneath and he had to replace a pipe.
