I used this company as a resource when I had a small roof project to complete on my own. I found them to be very professional and helpful.

Mike was great to work with. Came out, did an outside inspection and then went in to the attic to make sure there were no leaks. Estimate wasn't the cheapest, but just had a good feeling about how the job was going to be done. Very pleasant and straight forward in communicating the scope and time of the job. Crew arrived when he said they would, protected driveway so dumpster wouldn't tear it up and covered lawn and bushes so nails and debris could be collected. Crew worked quickly, but skillfully. Job took a couple of days longer than expected, but that was due to bad weather and not a fault of the company. Have had roof on house for nearly two years and have not had a problems through a hurricane and several blizzards. Would definitely recommend this company.

NOTE: IN OUR CASE, THE ESTIMATE WAS ACTUALLY HIGHER, BUT WAS PARTIALLY OFFSET BY SHINGLES PROVIDED BY GAF AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION SUIT RELATED TO DEFECTIVE SHINGLES. WESTERN ISLES ALSO DOES A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF NON-ROOFING WORK: WE ACTUALLY HAD WORK DONE ON THE EAVES AND WINDOW CASINGS AND TRIM FIRST, AND QUALITY AND PRICE OF THAT WORK INFLUENCED OUR DECISION TO HAVE THE COMPANY DO THE ROOF. THEY SEEM TO BE A COMPANY THAT STANDS BY THEIR WORK.
