Shanahan Construction and Restoration

John came by with one of his guys (Brian?) to check out an issue I had with water damage to the ceiling. Several people, including 2 roofers had previously come and couldn't find the problem. John carefully looked at the area and surroundings and offered a number of good suggestions. He had the opportunity to "create" work for his crew, but instead offered me his honest opinion and simple steps that I could do myself without having to hire anyone. I really appreciate his punctuality, professionalism and honesty. I'll certainly hire him to do additional work if needed.

John and his crew came to the job prepared everyday with a professional approach and on time. He gave a lot of attention to detail and was an excellent problem solver when any challenges or issues came up with infrastructure. We also stayed close to our budget and gave options so that we could stay on track financially.

His work is excellent and priced right!!!

John's crew was extremely timely and polite. They carefully cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day and at breaks in work they even cleaned dust off the photos hanging on the walls of the room! John was careful to match the closet doors to the age and style of the home and made recommendations that would help with resale value down the road. The job was completed down to a perfect match on a hardwood threshold, the walls trimmed out and perfectly patched/painted, and the doors painted. The doors are hung perfectly and open/close without issue. I will use Shanahan Construction for 2 other projects before winter hits.
