They seemed to have resolved the problem. I used them only one time. They were able to solve the problem without any further dialogue. It was served interesting that you communicate with them and they’ll say that they will get back to you within a few hours. I was very skeptical with the whole process because I had to give out credit card information knowing the people. That was unsettling but they did do what they said they were going to do. They did do it within a matter of a few hours so that was good. I guess the cost was relatively good. They were totally and fairly responsive. I didn’t have any reason to do any follow up with them. They did it within the time period they said they would.

On September 12th I attempted to renew my pc tuneup software to the new release, but was unable to activate it after the download and installation failed. I tried everything I could think of after discovering I no longer could access any secure websites. Then, after going through 7 on-line support techs that all failed to fix it, I went through 'search' for tech support and selected pcesupport.com. The cost was much less than others quoted that weren't able to fix it, and pcesupport used a 'team' system that were specialized in various venues of computer problems from removing viruses to fixing corrupted files. 3 of their techs worked tirelessly for two 9 hour days before finally getting the tech that fixed it. LEAVE IT TO A LADY! Donna was very courteous and skilled, as were the other techs on the site, and had it all fixed and working better than new within 3 hours! As my system goes through a 'proxy' server with multiple layers of security, the 'tuneup' renewal download disabled security features but was unable to restore them, thus denying my access to secure sites. After the other pcesupport techs ruled out all other possibilities, the help was turned over to Donna for the ultimate fix, which included access to software that was proprietary, backup and upload of my entire system and all files, then installed the replacement OS and restored all backed up files. Over all, my time spent with pcesupport encompassed over 21 hours spanning 3 days, and all for only $89.95, guaranteed or it would be free. On top of that, Donna left links on my desktop to several of the sources she uses in the event I have any future problems! You simply cannot ask for better service! There are NO real time computer repair services listed in the yellow pages within 30 miles of Eufaula, save for one that I called only to find their phone numbers all disconnected. If you have ANY computer problems, I sternly suggest you contact pcesupport!
