My fault for letting our carpenter basically broker a deal with what turned out to be his friend. The plumber shows up an hour and a half later than promised. He sent his apprentice. Never signed a contract and never got an estimate. He but here's the vanity cabinet when created a hole In the floor of the cabinet to accommodate the PVC piping. Apprentice called his boss the owner so I had a clue on the cost but could not get a hold of him and was promised to get the cost soon. Nearly 3 weeks after the job I Received a generalized bill for three times what I expected to pay. The letterhead had no address, phone number or other contact information. Could not read half the writing. Some services listed I do not believe we're actually done, and replacing the $10 valve on the toilet that took him a half hour got billed at $215!

The job was great and went quick, Will came in and handled every thing we asked him to do. He replaced our old stack and use new PVC pipe for the drains, also replace all the water line to the bathroom and kitchen. All his work looks neat and he produce a quality product when hired. He even offered his electrician who we used and was great as well. I believe his name was Dan

Willie came to the house went over what I needed and gave me options of water heaters. I choose to upgrade to a new Rinina on demand tankless water heater. He also upgraded my gas line in the house, to accommodate the gas appliances in the house. He showed up in the morning at 9 and finished up at 7 pm. He worked very hard and got the job done.
