A few days later they returned to complete the job . My doors work better than New if that's possible . My project was a complete overhaul of two garage doors I'm very happy with their work. The guys did a good job.

Hit up Lynoka via yelp for a broken garage torsion spring. Scott responded fast and gave me a quick and reasonable no BS estimate based on my pics and issue. Unfortunately, I was going away and decided to take care of it when I got back. I called Lynoka few days later and spoke with a pleasant woman who fielded my call. This company was the first I called that wasn't trying to charge me an initial fee to show up. BIG WIN! This is a tight family business and customer service was top notch. First appt was too far and they accommodated me next day. Scott showed up on time and immediately gained my trust based off his customer service. Scott listened to me explain the problem and quickly knew the solution. He gave me a fair price and finished quickly. Scott was very open to my questions about garages, as a new homeowner, and gave me valuable field service tips and suggestions that would save me money. Scott even let me know my unit was Wi-Fi capable which I wasn't' aware! Thank you Lynoka!

They guys over at Lynoka Garage Door did a fantastic job. I never had garage doors before and they walked me through the proper care and maintenance of my doors. They fixed the issue and did such a good job that I signed up for their yearly preventative maintenance program and bought some super cool lubricant for the doors.

they did NOT come to fix the garage.

We hired Scott to install a new garage door and a door opener. We met with multiple service providers and we were most impressed with Scott. His price was also most reasonable. However, everything went downhill from that point on. Scott made up all kinds of excuses to delay the work. A few days before the first installation appointment, he informed us that the door that was supposed to be in stock was out of stock so we had to wait a few weeks for the new door and pay a 50% deposit. The second time he emailed the day of and said he had a family emergency. The third time, there was no call or email. No one showed up to do the work. When I contacted Scott, he said he was on the way to pick up the door but realized it was broken. So he had to order a new one. He insisted that he had text me, which was a complete lie. He then promised to upgrade everything and reschedule for another day. I was very skeptical so I contacted a friend who is a lawyer and even looked into filing a complaint with the state attorney?s office. Much to my surprise, two guys did show up for the fourth scheduled appointment. Scott was not one of them. At that point, I realized Scott must have outsourced the work and had to deal with workers not showing up. I wish he had been upfront about it instead of making up all kinds of lies and put us through a very stressful experience. Also, the upgrade he promised did not happened. If you want to deal with an honest service provider, I would highly recommend that you stay away from this business.

I thought Scott has exceptional customer service. He evaluated my garage door issue and proposed a plan of action. He repaired my door issue and my wife an I have never been happier. I would use him again.
