Description of Work: Interior painting - walls, ceilings, baseboard, trim, crown molding, doors, closets, railings for all rooms in a 2b/2b home. Removed old hardware, hooks, etc. & filled holes, sanded, painted.

Description of Work: Paint entire apartment (6 rooms).

Description of Work: Smooth plastered ceiling Painted interior walls and trim, including two story hallway. Replaced and painted three interior doors.

Description of Work: Prepped, sanded, powerwashed, and painted a large exterior deck, a front entryway with columns, and miscellaneous trim (door frames, small window, etc).

Description of Work: Matt and his crew were very professional and did a great job! This was a complex project and they were patient and always willing to answer questions. When unforeseen issues (hidden wood rot) came up Matt offered several options for resolution. This was not the lowest quote we received, but it was well worth the investment. We were surprised by the cost on one add-on in the final bill so I would recommend getting a quote for any additional work that comes up during the project.

Description of Work: They removed wall paper from dining room/living room/sunparlor/front hall foyer/den and prepped/painted walls/ceilings of those same rooms. In addition, painted walls in bathroom/repainted bathroom cabinet, and added a line of grout (?) in space between a bedroom ceiling and top of wall. Everything went very well ! There were done in about a week. Couldn't be more professional or nicer to deal with... the guys helped me clean up my basement when the water heater unexpectedly died the morning they arrived. Matt kept careful track of the workers' time, and the actual cost was less than the quote since the job was less complicated than what was originally envisioned. There was no hasty rush to get paid at the end of the week, Matt wanted to be sure I was satisfied with their work and gave me a few days to inspect everything. Any issues I had were immediately addressed. I would highly recommend if anyone is in the market for a painter, that they speak with Matt and his band of merry men.

Description of Work: I was looking for an estimate, for painting asbestos siding and trim, on my sister in laws home. After an initial delay, Matt from Liberty Painting called. He apologized repeatedly about not responding sooner, and we discussed the scope of the work. Matt was very upfront, in disclosing that his outside punting schedule was now booking for September. He wanted me to understand, that even though it was just June, if there was a rainy summer, there would be the possibility that he might not be able to start the job before the onset of winter. Understanding their upfront, Matt came by, to meet with me at the house. As we began to walk around the perimeter of the house, I realized that Liberty was not just a painting company, but that they also installed new siding. Matt was very willing to share his experiences on siding over existing asbestos siding. We discussed an approximate range of costs. Matt provided me with many siding sample brochures, many of which were quite appealing. Assuming that my sister in law, wanted to limit the scope of the project to just painting, I mentioned to her in passing, the discussion that I had with Matt on new siding. When I showed her the brochures, I was surprised at her positive reaction. Matt shared with us, a very impressive siding product, that did not look like typical siding. Rather, it had the appearance of wood shaker shingle. Matt followed up with his supplier to learn about any special installation considerations. He promptly followed up with me, and recommended that I contact a sister company, that had recently completed a similar product. While we did not use Liberty's services at this time, I would recommend Matt to anyone, for any if the services that Liberty offers (interior painting, exterior painting, general contracting, siding, etc.). I consider Matt a valuable contact, for future work when I need. I really appreciated his sharing of his knowledge with me. Ultimately, the scope of the project may change from painting to siding, and it will be based on the knowledge that Matt shared with us.

Description of Work: Exterior power washing of large house (top to bottom). Power washing of two car garage, concrete pool surround, large front porch and side deck.
