Description of Work: I had used Peter and L&T back in the 80's. When I wasn't happy with my current provider I remembered Peter and gave him a call. He was very prompt and professional and I was confident giving him the job.

+ -1 moreIt was a wonderful experience. Peter called before we had even returned the signed estimate to schedule the work, and was very flexible to our schedule about when the work could be done. It took three days, to remove the old boiler, and install the new one, but he made sure we knew we would be without hot water for only one morning - and set the system up so we had water the second day, even though the installation wasn't complete. They left the basement looking cleaner when they left than when they started, and the new system looks great - they had to replace the duct-work to the chimney and replace several pipes, and it is all very neat and well laid out (some of the previous pipes were laid out so it was difficult to access parts of the boiler).
Description of Work: Installed a new boiler for our radiator-base heating and hot water system, added a supplemental tank to the tankless hot water system (to prevent the hot-cold-hot cycle that plagued our old boiler) Replaced the old thermostat with a new programmable one, and installed an emergency cut-off switch upstairs (to meet code).
