They were able to schedule in a relatively short amount of time. They showed up when promised. They did great work, quickly. And their prices were great. All-in-all, uneventful which is exactly what you want when dealing with electricians (or other contractors) I would definitely use again.

Terrific service. Returned my call in 24 hrs. Arrived on same day for a quote and ended up performing the work the same day without leaving after giving us the quote. Professional job all around. Will call first everytime I need home electrical work done in the future.

Matt was great he responded to my email quickly and came out for a quote. We had him remove an outlet and change a few switches and plugs. He also rewired our overhead kitchen lights to all be controlled by one plug. Matt as reasonably priced and give us his honest opinion on other work and cost. I would not hesitate to contact Matt again as he will be our go to electrician for all upcoming needs.

Two weeks ago Matt came a did a knob and tube wiring inspection for mass save, he found 1 wire that was active and disconnected it. Had him come back today to rewire the light fixture that the knob and tube wire went to. Also had him add outlets to 3 bedroom on the second floor and change out a broken outlet in a bathroom. Matt was punctual, friendly and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone I know (even people I don't if I hear they need an electrician) and he will be the person I call when I need electrical work going forward.

I've hired Matt to do numerous electrical work around my house in the past as well. Matt always does a great job, punctual and when he leaves everything is cleaned. I would highly recommend Matt.

Replaced outlet in apartment .. then open up one and found lose wire.. This was the trouble area. Then checked out the entire apartment and fuse box. Very efficient. Came even sooner that was offered on deal. He came Monday not Tuesday which was great.. I worry about things behind the walls that I cannot see. I now have my own electrician since the one I had before seems to only want the big jobs now. SO this was a win-win for me all around

This is my first time using Foley Electric. I got two estimates from Angies list providers and I chose Foley electric because of their price and how Matt Foley clearly explained step by step what the job consisted of and what he would provide for materials and labor. From start to finish Matt made himself available by texting or calling whatever I preferred and is a pleasure to deal with. Their were no surprises and the workmanship was top notch and he shows up when he says he will. He is prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend Foley Electric to anyone.

He was a very pleasant and nice guy. He did the work all by himself without any assitance. He did a great job and he really knew what he was doing. He was able to explain what he was doing in a very technicnal way to us.

Matt was great very professional. Called him on Tuesday was at the house next day. He was punctual and got right to work. Quickly determined it was a wiring issue with the outdoor lights that are on the same circuit as kitchen lights. Took outdoor lights down fixed wiring and everything was up and going. He explained everything he was doing along the way. No drama just came got the job done plus being a nice guy. I would use him again and have recommended him to others.

Matt is fantastic. I found Mat on Angie's List . When I called him, I did not know what caused the problem, I only knew that I had a fire hazard and the air conditioning service company would not touch the wiring issue. Matt was able to come on short notice late in the day. He spent time testing the circuit breaker and wiring and found the problem . He explained that whoever installed the a/c unit not only used the wrong size wire, it was wired incorrectly. He was surprised it had not blown out sooner. When it did finally blow, it blew a hole through the metal junction box and through the heat exchanger wall of the a/c unit. Luckily, it did not catch fire. Matt didn't have that type of junction box in his truck so he went to Lowes and picked one up and came right back. He stayed late and finished the job. He gave me the old junction box with the big, burned out hole in the back metal plate. He told me that the heat exchanger was running but it also had a hole in the metal wall and I should have the a/c company back to check it out. I found Matt to be professional and friendly. I thought it was great that the was willing to go to Lowes to get what he needed to take care of the problem that same night and eliminate the hazard. Before he left, he cleaned both areas where he had worked. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

This was my first time needing an electrician. I did get a few quotes and Matt's was competitive. During the quote, he explained what he could and couldn't do to 1) proper codes, 2) age of my triple decker, and 3) cost. When it came to the work, everything was smooth. He even cleared up some wiring issues that were caused by the previous owner. overall a clean experience; I would hire again.

He is an angel. He is very young. He came on time. He always answered every question I had. I think he even called me 10 minutes before he showed up. He really surprised me. I just broke a light in my kitchen and I am going to call him to fix that.

Matt made some replacements to a plug in one bathroom and reconfigured a breaker in the panel. He was professional, honest, friendly and great to work with. We will definitely use him again!

The work was great. Matt is very personable and knowledgeable and was very responsive when I called to get a quote and set up an appointment. His price was right about in line with other quotes I obtained and the work was done well. I would hire him again and will next year when we have some other work done.

The work was done very quickly and efficiently, and they came within a few minutes of being called. I couldn't have asked for anything to have gone any better than it did.

It worked out well. The guy showed up on time. We had to schedule a few time due to scheduling but I think it all worked out. He was in and out pretty quick. They are pretty good at responding.
